Seed Firestore with the default vehicle, staff and list data from ac-data.js. Only run this once when setting up a new system.

👤 User Accounts
User accounts (logins) are managed in the Firebase Console. To add a new user:
  1. Go to firebase.google.com
  2. Open your project → Authentication
  3. Click Add User
  4. Enter their email and a temporary password
